Livery Dinner for the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights at Middle Temple Hall

A wonderful combination of historical institutions: The Shipwrights? company is 700 years old and was holding one of its prestigious annual dinners in the 450-year old Middle Temple Hall. Incidentally the Hall is one of three buildings constructed with a double hammer-beam roof. The other two are at Eltham Palace and Palace of Westminster?s Great Hall, in all of which I have had the privilege of working.

As you can see below, I am a Toastmaster to the City Livery Companies.
