The Art of Afternoon Tea
Recently, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, organised an afternoon at The Bentley London Hotel and invited me to give a talk about the traditions of “afternoon tea.”
I talked about:
- the history of afternoon tea and where the tradition came from
- the different kinds of food that are usually eaten during the typical afternoon tea and explained in which order each should be eaten
- the etiquette and protocol of entertaining and British formal dining
